ALLIANCE - William Frederick Rice Sr., 65, of Alliance died Saturday, Dec. 
22, 2007, at his home. 
A graveside service will beheld at 11 a.m. Friday at the Hollywood Cemetery
in Olympia with the Rev. Lee Toler officiating. 
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Rowe Rice; two sons, Fred Rice of 
Morehead City and Timmy Rice of Alliance; one daughter, Lisa Rice Lee of 
Hobucken; three brothers, Armore Rice, Melbie Rice and Jake Rice, all of 
Alliance; two sisters, Gloria Preston of New Bern and Shirley Gaskill of 
Cove City; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. 
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at Bryant 
Funeral Home.
