Obituary of William "Billy" “Shrimp Man” Scott ~ 2007

GRANTSBORO - Billy “Shrimp Man” Scott, 62, died at his home.  
He attended Goose Creek Pentecostal Holiness Church and was a commercial 
fisherman.  
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Bryant Funeral Home Chapel with the 
Revs. Graham Lane and David Harris officiating.  
He is survived by one son, Matthew Scott of New Bern; one stepson, Jason 
Evans of Grantsboro; two daughters, Billie Jo Scott and Rhonda Tillman of 
Grantsboro; one step-daughter, Sandy McNinnch of Aurora; sister, Martha 
Heffelfinger of Rock Falls, Ill.; eight grandchildren; and one great-
grandchild.  
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at Bryant 
Funeral Home, Alliance.
