and first of all I give, recommending my soul to God that gave all and for
my body, I recommend it to the earth to be buried in a Christian like
manner at the discretion of my executers, nothing doubting, but at the
general resurrection I shall receive the same again by the mighty power of
God, and as touching such worldly estate wherewith it has pleased to bless
me in this life.
I give, devise and dispose of the same in manner and form following, that
is to say in the first place.
I give and bequeath to Tabetha GREGORY, eight head of cattle, one puter
bason, one half dozen puter plates, one Kittle, one feather bed whereon I
now lie, the same I give to her, her heirs and assigns forever.

to be his property forever.
I also leave a portion able part of my property to pay my debts as my
executers see fit.
Cause I leave to Micjah EVERETT and Aaron SPRING my executers to this my
last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year
above written.
